Job Description:

As a Production Supervisor in the field of energy generation and distribution, you will oversee and coordinate production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality standards. Your role involves managing production teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that production targets are met in alignment with company objectives.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.​
• Coordinate and manage production staff, providing guidance and support to achieve optimal performance.​

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably within the energy sector.​

• Effective communication skills in German; English language skills are an advantage.​
