New Global Director, Sales & Business Development.

We were kicking off the new year in January with plenty of energy and great news. Over the past years, we have successfully continued to develop the company and we will keep driving this positive growth forward. To support this, we have once again strengthened our team. We would like to warmly welcome André Luiz Dantas to SEG as our new Global Director, Sales & Business Development.

André is bringing more than 22 years of international experience across Sales, Strategy, and Marketing in complex, multicultural organizations and global markets. Throughout his career, André has held senior roles, including Head of Sales Office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and Senior Sales & Strategy Manager with responsibility for Europe, Latin America, and key global markets such as Australia, Canada, India, and South Africa. His experience spans go-to-market strategy development across Generation, Transmission, and Distribution (GTD), Utilities, Industry, and Infrastructure sectors. André combines a strong customer orientation with a genuine passion for developing people, teams, and businesses.

André bringt mehr als 22 Jahre internationale Erfahrung in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Strategie und Marketing in komplexen, multikulturellen Organisationen und globalen Märkten mit. Im Laufe seiner Karriere hatte André verschiedene leitende Positionen inne, darunter die Rolle des Head of Sales Office in Rio de Janeiro (Brasilien) sowie die des Senior Sales & Strategy Managers mit Verantwortung für Europa, Lateinamerika und wichtige globale Märkte wie Australien, Kanada, Indien und Südafrika. Seine Erfahrung umfasst die Entwicklung von Go-to-Market-Strategien in den Bereichen Erzeugung, Übertragung und Verteilung (GTD), Energieversorger, Industrie und Infrastruktur. André verbindet eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung mit einer echten Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung von Menschen, Teams und Unternehmen.
